Our exclusive hot water extraction method removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently. 

Hot water and specially formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within carpet fibers.  Then a powerful suction extracts deep down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture.

A thorough cleaning using the Butler System eliminates these unwanted invaders and restores your carpet's beauty.

• We pre-treat the carpet to loosen stains and heavily soiled areas. Pre-treating the carpet allows emulsifiers to loosen stains and spills.
  
• The furniture is moved (upon request), cleaned underneath and then moved back to its original position. Carpet protectors are placed under the furniture to protect the furniture and carpet.
  
• Steam cleaning removes the dirt from the base of the carpet pile and will prolong the life of the carpet. A mild deodorizer is included in the cleaning process. A heavy duty deodorizer is available for severe odor removal. Drying time for the carpet is usually 4-6 hours.
  
• Spot Cleaners are used for most difficult stains and are included in the cleaning.
  
• We will then apply 3M Scotchguard at your request. Scotchguard is a carpet protector which prevents spills from absorbing into the carpet fibers.
  
• The carpets are then groomed using a carpet rake to give them a "like new" appearance.
